The President will manage Board Meetings, secure discussion leaders, collaborate on the operational activities, and facilitate discussions regarding strategies of each Board Member.

The Membership Chair will coordinate the management of the membership table at events and create and implement strategies to grow and maintain membership base.

The Education Chair coordinates all continuing education credits and builds relationships to foster a robust learning environment for clinical and non-clinical THAC members.

The Secretary will maintain minutes and voting records for all Board Meetings. The Secretary will work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure that all required meeting documentation is complete and accurate.

The Networking Chair will create and implement strategies to foster collaboration between Members, Board Members, and guests. The Networking Chair will serve as back-up to the Secretary.

The Chairman will moderate the General Membership Meetings. The Treasurer will maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, file the required financial paperwork, and ensure accuracy and transparency of all financial reports. The Treasurer will provide monthly cash flow reports at each monthly Board Meeting.


Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer will oversee adherence to all 501c3 regulations and work with Board Members to validate that partnerships are within the scope of THAC's mission.

The Legislative Chair will coordinate and provide updates to the Board, members, and guests regarding local, state, and federal activities that involve healthcare regulations and mandates.

The Corporate Sponsorship Chair will create mutually beneficial partnerships with THAC members that will result in  the financial support of monthly membership meetings and quarterly happy hour events.
