The President will manage Board Meetings, secure discussion leaders, collaborate on the operational activities, and facilitate discussions regarding strategies of each Board Member. The President will serve as back-up to Chairman/Chairwoman.

The Social Media Chair is responsible for creating and maintaining THAC's social media accounts in order to promote events, grow membership, and communicate THAC business.
The Networking Chair will create and implement strategies to foster collaboration between Members, Board Members, and guests. The Networking Chair will serve as back-up to the Secretary.

The Chairman/Chairwoman will moderate the General Membership Meetings. The Treasurer will maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, file the required financial paperwork, and ensure accuracy and transparency of all financial reports. The Treasurer will provide monthly cash flow reports at each monthly Board Meeting.
